At Unigate the Quality policy ensures that project groups work towards analysis and understanding of SDLC phases and thus are to ensure that:
- All planning, estimation and monitoring are carried out with due recognition of such phases
- The project Management functionaries will focus on dispatching project deliverables as per the identified SDLC phases, as far as practicable
- Quality is built-in to the project deliverables during each phase of its life cycle.
